When sending a booking request please provide the following information:

1. the date of the show

 

2. the venue

 

3. Your company's presentation or discription of  what type of products / services you are going to promote

 

4. Your goals, your expectations from the show

 

5. Your stand staff, how many colleagues are attending the show, their roles at the stand, which areas of expertise they cover. Will it be only your staff or you hire extras from promo agencies?

 

6. target audience, your ideal type of buyer, the way you prefer to qualify visitor, who is the most valuable type for you and who can be considered as time-waster. Are you for quantity or for quality?

 

This information is very important for me as PR person and will help me to assess the project and understand how can I help you.
